Confirming your COVID vaccination status

A step-by-step guide

– Arrive at the Pro Shop Hutch a few minutes early.
– A Heritage staff member has been allocated to check COVID vaccination certificates.
– Show the staff member your COVID certificate. This will confirm you are double-vaccinated.

COVID-19 digital certificates have been automatically generated and available through your Medicare account. Your proof of vaccination can be accessed and downloaded on a smartphone app or found online. You can show a screen shot, a printed copy of the certificate, or the MyGov page in your ‘wallet’ with your name and a tick.

– Heritage will not be collecting this information. We only need to sight it.
– A staff members will then tick off the ‘Fully Vaccinated’ field in your MiClub profile.

YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO DO THIS ONCE

– The icon will be activated next time you check in.

A medical briefcase symbol will appear in your booking records from now on. It is only accessible on the timesheet for administration view.

Members will not be able to see this symbol on your MiClub profile and the Miclub system will not permit Members to enable themselves as vaccinated.

Other Members will not be able to see your vaccination status.

We recognise that this will add pressure to the check-in process but for Members, you will only need to do this once.

We encourage you to support our staff as they navigate these new requirements.

No jab – no play is our company policy. All our staff and contractors will be double vaccinated.
