NOTICE OF  2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MONDAY 21ST  FEBRUARY 2022

Dear Member

A follow up from the previous notice of the AGM sent on the 30 January 2021. The 2021 AGM will be held in the Yarra Room at the Heritage Golf and Country Club and will start at 7 pm, with registrations open from 6 30pm.

Consumer Affairs has granted not-for-profit organisations such as HMA a three month extension in the timing of AGMs to allow for any impact of the COVID-19 restrictions. Please rsvp by copying the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KJQRCR3  

If you are not attending and would like a proxy form please contact secretary@hgcc.club. Proxy forms may be delivered on the day but any proxy form sent electronically must be received before 7.00 pm on Sunday 20th February

The positions of Vice President and Vice Captain remain vacant whilst all other positions have been filled. 

While all Members of HGCC are automatically HMA members, only those who are financial members of HMA may vote or stand for election.  If you are unsure of your status, please contact me. If you have not previously paid a joining fee to HMA and wish to do so, please contact secretary@hgcc.club.
